Boys Lacrosse
Brunswick Lacrosse Club offers the community of Brunswick, coaching and competetive play for boys in the game of lacrosse. Our teams will play other teams from neighboring communities, although practice and home games will be played in Brunswick.
Ages
This program is open to any boy, 3rd-8th grade. (Registrants can play up at coach and parent discretion.)
When
Our season begins with indoor practice mid February and continues with outdoor practices and games starting in late March. The season culminates on Memorial Day Weekend.
Where
Indoor practices are held at Ambrose Crossing, 964 Pearl Rd. Brunswick, Ohio. When the weather gets warmer, practice will move outdoors to the fields at Brunswick High School.
We typically play our home games on the same fields that we practice on, though we occasionally have the opportunity to play games on the Brunswick Middle School, or high school turf stadium.
We travel for away games, to other local communities (Brecksville, Medina, Strongsville, Avon, etc.) throughout the season.
Uniforms
Players will need to wear a Brunswick jersey and shorts. Jersey numbers will be issued based on availability. Once a uniform is purchased, it can be worn from season to season.
Information for ordering uniforms will be sent out before the season starts, in late January or early February.
(Jerseys and shorts are available to be loaned out, though sizes and numbers are limited.)
Practices
Practice varies depending on indoor facility and field availability. Boys teams typically practice Monday-Wednesday at the BHS fields, 6-7:30 p.m., once practice is moved outdoors. This happens in late March/early April.
Games
We will play 8-10 regular season games and 3 tournaments. Games may be played on week and/or weekend days. We typically have 1-2 games or tournaments per week.
Extra Costs
Uniform and equipment fees are not included in the cost. Boys will need a jersey, shorts, cleats, mouthguard, stick, helmet, elbow pads, gloves, and a chest protector.
2025 SPRING SEASON
The Boy's spring season will consist of 10 regular games against other northeast Ohio teams, and 2-3 tournaments.
